The Innovation & Capability Voucher (ICV) is a simple to apply, easy-to-use voucher valued at $5,000, to encourage SMEs to take their first step towards capability development. All local SMEs can apply for ICV if they meet the following criteria:

• Registered and operating in Singapore
• Have a minimum of 30% local shareholding
• Have group annual turnover of not more than $100 million OR group employment size of not more than 200 employees

ICV Integrated Solutions are tried-and-tested, plug-and-play tools which requires minimal effort to install. VAaaS is a cloud-based and simple to deploy solution for companies of various industries. Manpower Crunch in retail? Fear not.

The new measures to foreign workers levy, revising the tiered work visa regime and tightening the foreign workers quota has caused retailers in Singapore to be faced with a threatening labour crunch. Labour shortage has been an existing underlying issue for many countries besides Singapore. Other countries that are faced with labour shortage are China and Europe.

How to sell more?

Every business relies on customers and very so often we hear marketers employing strategies for customer acquisition.
